- 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 12 oz. spaghetti (cooked according to package directions)

I’ve made it twice. It was “ok” the first time. Tasted like eating queso with noodles.
I used half the amount of block cheese the second time. I also used regular rotel and added red chili flakes to taste. Finally I used cream of chicken and mushroom. Tasted great and I got to control the flavors a little more. Very easy to make and cleanup is easy while it’s in the oven for the final part.

This was really good. I prepared the recipe exactly as written except dialed back some of the cheese on top. I would make this again.

My Family Loved it.. So Easy to Make and Add your own little touches. Definitely Yummly 😃 will be making this for Thanksgiving!
