- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup prepared marinara sauce (or Calabrian red sauce for serving)
- 1/2 asiago cheese (finely shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
- lemon wedges
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Directions
- Preheat the oven on Air Fry Mode to 400°F.
- Remove the tips from the wings and set aside. Using a sharp knife, split each wing at the tendon between wing and drum, making 2 separate pieces. Repeat w/remaining wings.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Add 1 tsp of the kosher salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper & ½ tsp black pepper, and toss to completely coat wings in the seasoning mixture.
