Easy to make and delicious. I added red and orange peppers. Ensure you have a large pan.

This dish took far longer than 15 minutes if you include prep time. Chopping, cooking rice and chicken take far longer. Once all ingredients are precooked and chopped, this recipe takes 15 mins to cook. Taste was nit fantastic, but ok.
