    Mine was super spicy and I live spice but it was a bit much I separated some of it and added some broth so my wife could eat it she’s a bit more sensitive to heat. Regardless, great recipe and I’ll certainly cook it again

    Have now made this twice .have added a few things ,a touch of sugar ,two cinnamon sticks 3 star anise extra ginger. A few more chillies I really like the fact it does not use Garam,masala which I think makes a lot of Indian style curries taste the same I really like the spice mix here ,a bit of time grinding everything in the mortar and pestle but very rewarding outcome

    Great! I didn’t have all the ingredients but I made do with what I had and it turned out great! Soo good.
