This was great- super easy and tasted great. Big hit at the football party. I used a day old cold rotisserie chicken that they sell cheap at the grocery store and shredded the meat a day ahead then added the rest of the ingredients right before the party. One whole chicken made enough for 30 of these with the shells plus you can use the leftover and set it out with tortilla chips as a hearty dip. Definitely will make again.
