- 1 jalapeno (seeded and finely diced)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (natural)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. low sodium gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (or sub olive oil)
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. warm water (to thin dressing)
