Very good burgers. Quite a runny mixture when coating in breadcrumbs but quickly took shape in the frying pan when gently shaped with a wooden spoon. Chose to add some finely chopped parsley and a sprinkling of paprika to the mix. Will definitely do again.

Best veggie burgers I have made yet! Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a meatless option.

For the first veggieburgers I have every made the are pretty tasty! 😋 They were just hard to form in flip because of their mushy consistency.

Tasty but a little too moist on the inside. Maybe next time I'll add breadcrumbs to the bean mixture. In addition to the 1 tsp curry powder (I used Madras curry powder), I added 1 tsp of hot curry sea salt. I also salted the onions and carrots when I sautéed them. I diced the onion rather than grating it. The crispy breadcrumbs on the outside really make these burgers stand out.

I doubled the curry and mixed an egg and some chopped up egg plant. My meat eating hubby lovvvved it.
