Too much liquid to dry. Actually had a sauce. Dipped bacon in it anyway and cooked per instructions. This bacon was very thick and didn't get crispy. Let it cool while I made another batch, sprinkled more brown sugar on and cooked some more. This came out flavorful and crisp. Needs some work, but definitely was a hit for cocktails and snacks. Second cooking I put temp up to 400 degrees. Checked every 5 minutes because was half cooked to begin with.
