  • 4 cups chicken stock (or water, for poaching chicken)
  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken (diced)
  • 8 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 cups red cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro (more or less, to taste)

  • 2 teaspoons green Tabasco sauce (you can use regular hot sauce, but it turns the dressing slightly pink)
