- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (regular)
- 1 Tbsp. grill seasoning (McCormick)
- 4 sesame seed buns (jumbo)
- butter
- buns
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes (sliced)
- green leaf lettuce
- chipotle mayonnaise (just take some chipotle in adobo sauce and chop finely and add to regular mayo - start off with very little chipotle and add until desired heat level is reached)
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- fresh cilantro
