Quite tasty!!! Suggest maybe coring tomatoes and reducing the lemon juice slightly, but otherwise delightful.

Really delish - even left overs were great the next day ! I didn’t put as much chilli in ( my family doesn’t do too spicy)

Was a hit with my family, I cooked the tomatoes a little longer due to a picky eater. Served with wild rice mix and green beans. Would definitely make again, so easy!

I made this served over rice with a side of sauteed red, orange, and yellow bell peppers with onion. It was a very attractive dish, but was a bit lacking in flavor, especially the coconut. Also, I had to cook the chicken significantly longer than the directions call for. My favorite part was definitely the sauce over the rice. The chicken itself was sort of meh. My family thought it was decent, but I'll definitely be playing with it to amp up the flavor next time.

This was wonderful, only changes I made were using garlic/herb seasoning instead of garlic powder (didn’t have), used olive oil and 2/3 can of coconut milk. Was very good with great flavor, maybe 1/2 can coconut milk next time. Served over cauliflower rice for a healthy meal.
