- 2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Shaoxing rice wine
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (pure)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 dried shiitake mushrooms (large, rehydrated and finely chopped)
- 120 grams minced beef (or pork)
