Easy to make, I doubled the onion, cayenne, and jalapeno for extra kick. Had guacamole on top. Will make again, and try different condiments.

Perfect. I added in whole corn kernels with the bread crumbs for a texture and used butter flavored olive oil to add additional crispy taste to the outer shell. I would recommend this for sure.
