- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges about 3/4 inch thick.

Patience is the key when it comes to oven fries. A little more oil & increased baking times are usually the key. I added 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic & cinnamon. They were still a little too spicy so next time I'll leave out the cayenne pepper. Otherwise they turned out great.

i have never tryed sweet potato so i decided to make some it was so delicious I'm making more today.

Turned out great. Made a large batch on Sunday and they kept well all week. Great item for meal prepping.
