  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint (minced)
  • 4 sandwich buns

    1. Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning once, about 5-6 minutes per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.

    Very good and easy dish! Definitely needs more in the way of seasonings, although the flavor does come through. I added panko breadcrumbs to enlarge the patties. Will make again!

    I added breadcrumbs and an egg to this as pork always tends to dry out. It was amazing! Very different to what I always make for burger patties but will definitely be recommending this one to my friends
