Wow, this was perfect, me & my husband devoured these! Some Asian burger recipes are too over powering but this was so well balanced, at first I thought there was wasn’t enough ingredients but how wrong was I!
This is a definite keeper!
So thank you so much for posting this recipe.

Pretty good. A definite keeper. But it needs more heat. I put sliced fresh jalapenos and cucumbers and a lot of sriracha on it and they shaped up.

Oh so amazing I bought a pig and I have a ton of ground pork and didn’t know what to do with it well, that is until I found this recipe! Thank you made it as suggested. I tested it out using a few odd condiments. I thought it was great with (just a drizzle of) balsamic vinegar and also with jelly!

This was really good. I, like a few others, added panko and egg. I also added a scallion (and more garlic) to balance out some of the ginger.

i did a slight change up on this recipe...instead of burgers, I cooked up the ground sausge into crumbles (I used all the seasonings except the mint and didnt add all the ginger) cooked up some white rice and toasted some sesame seeds. layed the rice pork and sprinkled the sesame seeds on top. the taste/flavor is over the top! will definitely make again!

These are awesome! My family has had them twice in a week- they love them! Put some Monterey Jack cheese on them on the grill and I also used Sriracha hot chili sauce in place of the sauce listed in the same amount.

I Loved this receipe & my kids too! We added some smoked paprika and small bit of cayenne pepper to the patty and put on potatoe bun with spinach and arugula. Delicious, baked patties in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes & came out 160 temp.

Definitely needs a sauce or something to top it, but the flavor of the meat is absolutely delicious!

I added a few handfuls of panko and upped the garlic and chilli paste. Awesome.

Very good and easy dish! Definitely needs more in the way of seasonings, although the flavor does come through. I added panko breadcrumbs to enlarge the patties. Will make again!

I added breadcrumbs and an egg to this as pork always tends to dry out. It was amazing! Very different to what I always make for burger patties but will definitely be recommending this one to my friends
