A bit too mayo-y for me, so I added a bit more cayenne and lemon juice than the recipe called for.

My husband found the garlic overpowering, but I love garlic so it tasted good to me. I would say the heat was moderate which is fine for me, but my husband said it could have been more spicy. I think I’ll add less lemon juice next time though, just cause I like a more thick mayo.

As written it tasted more like mayo than spicy. I made some adjustments: I squeezed half a lemon, added 2 tsp of lemon zest, tripled the cayenne, a tad more dijon, and added paprika. It is not as thick and has a more balanced taste with a delayed spice. Good recipe nonetheless
