- 1 tsp. cumin seeds (whole)
- 4 pods minced garlic
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 cups turnip greens (japanese, please note these greens are more delicate than the larger turnip greens)
- 1/2 cup turnips (thinly sliced, from the greens above)
- 1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
- 2 cups pasta (cooked, I used fresh mini cheese ravioli)
- salt (to taste)
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime (halved)
- ground black pepper (Lots of freshly)
