I used half the spice ingredients for four thigh fillets. Added a sprinkle of cinnamon. Only used two teaspoons of brown sugar. Grilled on the bbq, med high for a few minutes each side to crisp up then turned it down and cooked until cooked through. This recipe was super easy and super tasty. I will definitely make again. Might even try the chicken chopped up on soft tacos.
