yum!!! Lovely and spicy, really moist, and easy to make. I added 1/2 cup of raisins after mixing the apples in, and baked it in a loaf tin. Found I needed another 10-15 mins in the oven than suggested. Made it without the sauce, and served it as a dessert with hot custard instead.
