- 1 red onion (finely diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 3 stems celery (chopped)
- 2 large carrots (diced)
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup red lentils (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup brown lentils (rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 1.2 liters vegetable stock
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 250 grams roasted cherry tomatoes (See HERE on How-To)
- Greek yoghurt
- 40 grams baby spinach
- 1 brown onion (sliced into rounds and caramelised or store-bought crispy onion sprinkles, Woolworths)
- pink peppercorns (crushed)
- 150 grams all purpose flour
- 50 grams flour (wholemeal or atta)
- 50 grams coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. instant yeast
- 100 mL water (tepid)
- 80 mL yoghurt (natural)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 handful mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup halloumi cheese (finely grated)
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (toasted sunflower and)
