- 1 btl. dry red wine (I like pinor noir for this)
- 1/2 cup apple brandy
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (the spiced)
- 1 Honeycrisp apple (cored and thinly sliced)
- 1 pear (cored and thinly sliced)
- 6 figs (fresh, quartered, you can sub with dried figs)
- 1 persimmon (sliced)
- 1 Orange (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- cinnamon sticks (for garnish, optional)
- seltzer (optional, for serving)
- ice (for serving)
