Made a batch of this spiced fig jam today . The combination of spices made this truly a uniquely delicious experience. Not for those missing their sweet tooth, though, as the 32 oz of sugar to 32 oz of fig ratio tends to sweeten up the mix quite a bit. Nevertheless, I'll be making another batch of this great concoction tomorrow.
