I'm adding 3 tbsp. of bourbon also, only using 1 cup of sugar. Zested the orange before squeezing putting that in also. Came out really good! Definitely will make again. It is one bag of cranberries. Came out thick and jelled. Everyone loved it. Definitely a keeper. Good over Brie cheese too, as an appetizer.
