- Place the garlic, ginger and chilli in a food processor and whizz until finely chopped. Add the chicken and garam masala and pulse until finely minced.
- Dampen your hands and shape the mixture into 12 ovals. Thread onto 4 skewers and cook under a preheated grill for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly until nicely browned and completely cooked through with no pink meat.
- Stir together the coleslaw mix, cucumber, Alpro Simply Plain, cumin seeds and mint. Serve with the koftas and baked potatoes.
