Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans (crispy)
- 3 dates (soaked, for 1 hour, ; pitted and chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 coconut (Thai Young, what the heck is that...and how do I open it?)
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 dates (soaked)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (ground golden, about ½ Tbls whole, or you can use chia seeds)
- 2 bananas (medium sized ripe, they should be spotted with NO green)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (more if you like)
- 1/4 tsp. cardamon (ground, more if you like)
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 coconut
- 1 date
- cream (OR: You could just use the chilled, from the top of canned full fat coconut milk, if that kinda thing doesn't bother you.)
