- 2 lb. oats (large flake, gluten-free, if necessary)
- 6 cups cereal (unsweetened puffed millet)
- 1 cup millet (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup juice (sweetened dried berries)
- 1/2 dried blueberries (unsweetened freeze-, optional)
- 1/2 cup dried apples (unsweetened, chopped)
- 1/4 cup pepitas (optional)
