- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter (slightly cooled)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 7 cups bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. Garam Masala (or pumpkin pie spice, or Chinese five spice powder, as preferred in your sietch)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar if you want it less sticky)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- blanched almonds (sliced)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup water (reduce to 1-2 tbsp for an extra thick glaze)
- 1 tsp. canela (or garama masala)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
