Put the serving size to 2 because I had a smaller pork loin, I ended up heavier on the coriander, substituted chili powder for the cayenne, a bit more on the orange zest and put the parsley with the roast in-oven. It came out beautifully tender, juicy, and oh so flavourful. Smelling it cook up was divine!! Will make again!
