- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. sumac
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 cans chickpeas (drained)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (wholegrain)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. sumac
- 1 Spanish onion (sliced thinly)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 1 cup spinach leaves (English)
- 1 cup coriander leaves (picked, & all the stalk and roots finely chopped)
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup seeds (roasted pepita, green)
- 1/2 cup smoked almonds
- 2 Tbsp. dukkah (optional)
