- 1 can coconut milk (good quality, or cream, I like Ayam brand)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 stalk fresh curry leaves
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 3/4 tsp. black mustard seeds
- 2 green chillies (slit vertically down the middle)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (square piece of, finely grated)
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric (1 ½ teaspoons in total)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lemon (to taste, or some tamarind paste)
