- 200 mL non dairy milk (I used homemade oat milk, rather thin consistency)
- 2 tsp. dry active yeast
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or vegetable oil)
- 1 1/2 cups spelt flour (or use all purpose/strong bread flour)
- 3/4 cup oat flour (you can process some rolled oats in a blender until it becomes a flour, or substitute with more spelt flour or all purpose flour)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (more if desired)
- cornmeal (for dusting)
