- 2 large eggs (whisked)
- 2 green onions (/scallions, sliced)
- 2 garlic (minced)
- 2 inches ginger (piece, minced)
- 1 red chili (or 1/4 tsp. chili flakes)
- 3 cups rice (leftover)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 200 grams asparagus (sliced into coins about the size of peas)
- 1/2 cup peas
- 3 Tbsp. tamari
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sweetener (choice, I use muscovado - unrefined cane sugar)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 handful cilantro (10 gr, roughly chopped)
- 1 handful toasted cashews (crushed or roughly chopped.)
