I did things a little different according to what I had in my cabinet. I used spelt flour, coconut nectar (instead of agave syrup) and tapioca starch. In came out more like cornbread, not very sweet but sooooooo good and without the grit of corn starch; great companion to anything with sweet potatoes, boyfriend approved!
