My husband does not like stews it soups, but he loved this one! Lots of meat and thick enough to stand on its own!

This stew is the best recipe for stew I have ever made. I have made a slight addition to the recipe by adding 2 tsp. Of Marmite.
The stew is rich with flavour and textures, with a lovely thick gravy. Of course it's always even better the second day! It is my go to recipe for a chilly winters Friday night meal.
