- 1 cup cider (Martinelli's Sparkling, or Sparkling Apple-Pear Juice)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 pinch kosher salt

- 1 slice goat cheese (with, and optional crumbled bacon, if desired)
- crostini (toasted baguette slices with crumbled blue cheese)
- 1 block cream cheese (and served with crackers)
