This is a solid cheap pantry meal with some modification. I didn't like the 2:1 bean/tomato ratio so I added another can of tomatoes (this left me with waaaay more than two servings). I added a teaspoon and then some of cayenne powder, plus some red pepper flakes. I second the suggestion to serve this was cornbread. Overall, it was a surprisingly filling and tasty meal.

Good, but I didn’t have the right kind of paprika. I’m going out to look for Smoked Spanish paprika! I’m sure it will taste even better!
