This was excellent. I had to use Sweet Italian sausage as the butcher was out of Chorizo, but that was fine. The key is the cooking times - make sure you let this cook. Flavors are excellent.

excellent! my family loved it so much. just added spinach and kale for greens. all other was the same. fantastic

Made it in ramekins as a tapa, next time I will only put 1 egg per person, it was a lot wit 2. I cooked my sauce until it was not very liquid, has enough onions and it was a great base for the eggs. I made my vegetarian, no chorizo (just because). Great dish!
