This was really good. I used chipotle chili powder which added a great smoky flavor but also a lot of heat.

Excellent recipe! It’s very similar to another recipe that includes black beans, corn and salsa, but prepared in the same way...using a single pan on the stove top. This is easy to prepare, can be served a number of ways and is quick and easy to clean up.
