I love Spanish rice, but don't buy the packets because of the junk ingredients, so this homemade version was great! I added a can of tomatoes with green chilies and it really made it tasty, but pretty hot. Added cheese on top and it was delish. (Don't add the chilies if you don't like spicy food, it gave my husband heartburn😏)
