Delicious! Perfectly balanced. I used brown rice and could’ve added a tad more water and a couple extra minutes but it was otherwise perfect. I also cut the recipe in half because I didn’t have enough rice. I ended up eating the whole pan!

It was very good. All the flavors blended well together. Didn’t put into the oven. Just set to low in a pan and stirred every 5-7 minutes until the liquid was absorbed. Will definitely make again.

Needed more liquid to get to a fully cooked rice. Jalapeños are often not spicy. You just never know. Consider using a different pepper that is consistent in its spiciness like Serrano .

Very good, used as a base for burritos. I did not bake it, but just kept stirring till the liquid evaporated. Served with shredded cheese, sour cream, and refried beans.

Amazing and loved by all. It was even great after eating the frozen reheated leftovers

I didn’t bake it, or add the fresh jalapeños because I forgot to get fresh at the store, but I did everything else per recipe and it was delicious.

Great when we have a Mexican dinner the family always asks for this dish.
