Very good meal. I did add an additional teaspoon of chili powder and a little pepper to give it just a little boost of flavor. The ingredients are things I always have on hand, so I will be making this more often.

As written the taste is a little on the bland side (for me), but everyone can add that extra special ingredient to call it their own.
