Awesome, but I used fresh tomatoes because that’s all I had. This recipe is simple, but really tastes like awesome Spanish rice you have at a restaurant.

It turned out delicious! I did adjust some of the seasonings to suit our tastebuds and added some red chili flakes to give it a little heat.

Used brown rice bc I had it. My chili powder had some hot pepper in it. Had a can of fire roasted died tomatoes. YUMMY TO THE TUMMY
