Very good and easy! I added cumin and used fire roasted tomatoes because that's what I had.

It is a good thing that this was so delicious, because it made more than four servings. I just divided it into portions and froze them for future meals.

Loved this. Very easy to make. Just cooked up some steak and sliced them up and added to the rice. A keeper.

I LOVED the flavors...I added two table spoons of tomato paste before adding the chicken broth.

This was delicious. I added celery, paprika, chili flakes, and topped it with chorizo and shrimp.

Awesome, but I used fresh tomatoes because that’s all I had. This recipe is simple, but really tastes like awesome Spanish rice you have at a restaurant.

Good stuff, surprised there was no call for cumin in recipe and celery in recipe. That's how mom makes it
