I used basmati rice and had to add another cup of broth at about 10 minutes. Will try mango salsa next time. Could have used cilantro or green onion to finish off.

I made this to go with some chicken and sautéed veggies for supper. My hubby isn’t a big rice fan but really likes Spanish rice so thought I would give it a shot. We loved it, can see making this for the next family gathering supper

So easy to make. I added about a cup more of broth because it was looking dry. Family loved it!
