My best rice recipe. Always a hit with adults and kids, I could eat it all on its own it’s so delicious.

Delicious and easy! Use the chicken broth and always add your spices at the end! It packs more of a punch I also added a 1/2 tsp of cumin. Yum

I used sweet peppers since I don't like cooked bell peppers (baked is great). Next time I will use spicy peppers.

We added extra garlic and mild Italian sausage and it was fantastic! i omitted the chili powder as i have a daughter that doesn't like it. We will make this again.

My family didn’t care for this but I did. It tasted like it should. I washed the rice first in water several times but followed the directions aside from that. Will make this again for me ☺️

Used 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and one tsp chili powder because I sprinkled Cajun seasoning while I browned rice
9/21/19: only change...used chicken broth. reduced chili powder to 1 tsp. Used 1/2 while sautéing rice & vegetables. Added the other 1/2 with liquid. Too much liquid. Definitely do only 1 1/2 cups. Also, definitely needs 2 tsp chili powder.
5/8: added tsp minced garlic with sautéing

It was delicious. Went by the directions, except it was heaping teaspoons of chili powder and vidalia onions.

This turned out great. It's a really basic, easy recipe that is easy to modify to your family's tastes. I doubled the recipe as it was ( we eat a lot of rice 😉), but I added about a half teaspoon of cumin, and I substituted the salt for adobo. I also used regular diced tomatoes, and two diced jalapeños instead of the tomatoes and chilies mixture (we like it spicy). Overall, it was pretty tasty.
