    Perfect for our breakfast and I took the advise of Shannon to flip the egg after 3-4 minutes and added 2 eggs too. Also added blue cheese and little parmessan cheese.. i have no mushroom so it still went perfect.. also when I cooked the spinach i added onion for more spice.

    Great! Added red onion instead of chives and 4 rashers of streaky bacon and garlic and herb sea salt.

    It turned out well because I know how to make tortilla española, this recipe lacks instructions about heat settings (medium-high heat for cooking each side of the omelette for about 2-4 minutes a side) that are critical to getting the perfect tortilla. Also oil should be added to the pan between flips. I also added two eggs to the recipe

    Good I will make again I needed it more help to know how to cook it The chives was not available so I used garlic instead
