Perfect for our breakfast and I took the advise of Shannon to flip the egg after 3-4 minutes and added 2 eggs too. Also added blue cheese and little parmessan cheese.. i have no mushroom so it still went perfect.. also when I cooked the spinach i added onion for more spice.

Great! Added red onion instead of chives and 4 rashers of streaky bacon and garlic and herb sea salt.

I needed it more help to know how to cook it
The chives was not available so I used garlic instead
