It was fantastic Made exactly as recipe stated. Didn't know there were so many different Thai peppers. I got a very hot one and split it with jalapeños

Super good & super easy . I used 1/4 olive oil instead & added diced green peppers .

I put this over a cranberry rice pilaf. OMG!!!! I also substituted the thai peppers for polbano peppers seasoned with harissa. It leaves just a hint of spice on the back of the throat. Quick, easy, amd delicious. With definitely put into my quick dinner repertoire from now on!

Tasty served it over angel hair pasta and bread to dip in the garlic oil🤩 and I’m not even a big shrimp person so consider me mind blown🤯

This dish is yummy, but probably best in smaller portions, like Spanish tapas. Thai chilies were too expensive so I used jalapeños instead. I served them with some rice and a couple slices of bread to dip in the olive oil. The flavor was simple but very enjoyable.
