Description

With every mouthful of this dish there is burst of flavor. The combined ingredients of cheese, sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest bring a savor flavor to this dish. After it is baked there is a beautiful golden brown color that you will not be able to take your eyes off of.

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 80 grams butter (room temperature)
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemon

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
    2. Whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
    3. Grease a pie tin and pour the batter in, making sure there is no more than 3 inches of batter.
    4. Bake for 40 minutes until golden. Cool and serve.
