  • 20 grams yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams bread flour

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • ground black pepper
  • 100 grams white cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg

    Directions

    1. Bloom the yeast in hot water mixed with 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix well in a glass. Set aside.
    2. Add the flour to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and mix well. Incorporate the yeast mixture. Knead the dough until a it becomes smooth, about 10 to 12 minutes by hand or 5 minutes by stand mixer.
