I absolutely love making this recipe regularly now. It's simple and so delicious and a great way to add more spinach to your meal plan.

Delicious! I had to sub a little cream cheese for feta and the rice was still delicious. For those with kids, this recipe is a great way to add more vegetables to their meal without it “tasting” like vegetables.

I loved this rice and so did my family! I did modify the recipe, I turned up the heat once I put the rice in and added more water. You should do this too, it will save you lots of time. Especially do this if you are using basmati rice! My mom adored this so I will be making it again :) This is a great thing to let cook while you whip up some sort of protein!
