This was good. We didn’t have ricotta so we used cottage cheese. Added a little seasoned salt and pepper to the sautéed onions and garlic. The phyllo was not as hard to work with as I thought. We will definitely make this again when we have spinach abundance.

Tried this recipe this evening and it needed more cheese and less spinach. I think using one pound of spinach with twice the cheese might make it taste better.
